Dr. David Bergmark brings his knowledge of behavior, employee satisfaction, and client growth and satisfaction to the forefront at Waypoints. He’s passionate about building a better working environment for BCBAs and RBTs, as well as delivering better outcomes for clients.

Rachael M. Greenman has dedicated more than eight years to helping individuals lead healthy, productive lives through building on their skills and interests for an individualized experience. She manages behavioral health treatments as both a provider and a mother and demands the same high standard of care she would expect for her own children to be provided to everyone.

As a professor and practicum director, Dr. Jessica Gamba has overseen the fieldwork and education of hundreds of students pursuing careers in behavior analysis. She now ensures maintained competency and professional development for all Waypoints employees, as well as intervention plans based upon the most up-to-date empirical literature.

Taylor Jasgur has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Michigan State University, and has over four years of experience in the field of ABA, including case management, payer relations, and administration. She also has over eight years of experience volunteering and working with individuals of all ages with special needs, helping them realize their full potential.

Andrea Milligan

Andrea Milligan has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Michigan State University and has over six years of experience in the field of ABA, including case management, payer relations, administration, and being a behavior technician herself! She has worked with many age groups and those with behavioral challenges. Andrea is very excited to be a part of the Waypoints team!

Candace Unruh

QBS Trainer, Registered Behavior Technician

Candace Unruh, RBT, has over four years of experience working with people with IDD and MI, as well as seven years working in early childhood education. She is passionate about working with children in a personable way to help them develop their own process to reach their goals to be happy and well in a way that makes sense to them.

Brittany Wick

Development Specialist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
MA

Brittany Wick has a master’s degree in behavioral science. She currently provides technician services while she prepares for the BCBA exam.  She has years of direct experience with clients and has a passion for whole-person care and cultivating an environment of learning for all ages and capabilities.

Melissa Hoogeboom

Training Manager, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
M. Ed, BCBA, LBA

Melissa Hoogeboom has her Masters Degree in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University. Through her experience with learners aged 2-21, Melissa has consistently expanded her knowledge to accommodate her client's needs. Melissa frequently uses Skill Based Treatment and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy within her practice, along with traditional reinforcement systems, to meet learner's where they are at and grow in their independence and autonomy. Melissa brings in a wealth of knowledge as a previous Registered Behavior Technician, being a mother/caregiver, and experience with high challenging behavior learners.

Kristen Priem has worked in the field of special education for the past 27 years and has been a BCBA for 17 years. She has experience with a wide range of clients and is committed to creating positive change for families.

Jessica Grosso

MA, BCBA

Jessica Grosso works as a BCBA and brings years of experience working in ABA in both in home and clinic settings. Prior to working in ABA she worked as a Recreation Therapist servicing special needs of all ages. In her spare time she runs a farm that she hopes to bring her love of ABA and animals together.

Dave Stewart

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
MA, BCBA, LBA

Dave has a variety of experiences working with people of all ages. He has held leadership positions in Developmental Training, a Regional Director in Michigan and New Mexico, and Clinical Director in the Atlanta area. Dave has been a BCBA since 2014 serving hundreds of children on the Autism Spectrum.

Jake Boehm

BCBA
M.S., BCBA, LBA

Jake completed his B.S. at Western Michigan University with a major in Psychology and an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. While at WMU, in addition to completing his undergrad practicum at an ABA clinic for early intervention, he was also a paraprofessional at a school for post-high school aged students teaching independent living and job skills, as well as a direct care worker for children with emotional and developmental diagnoses. After his time in Kalamazoo, Jake and his wife, Sarah, moved to Chicago where he attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and received his M.S. in ABA. While in Chicago, he was a paraprofessional at another school helping to teach independent living skills, a technician for an in-home ABA provider, and a practicum student with an organization called Misericordia. After Chicago, he and Sarah moved back to Michigan and eventually ended up working in the Metro Detroit area, where he is originally from. Now, he and his family are ready to start again in Grand Rapids! In his spare time, Jake really enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, reading (sci-fi, Lovecraftian horror, and epic fantasies are his favorite!), being outside, watching rugby, and consuming way too much Marvel and DC content.

Allie VanderLind

Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP)
MA

Allie has a master's degree in Special Education: Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently studying to take her BCBA exam and works as a QBHP in the meantime. Allie's passion is helping clients and their families as well as working to promote societal acceptance of those that are neurodivergent. Allie is family oriented and lives with her husband, 2 dogs and a cat.

Jaysen King

Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP)
MA

Jaysen King graduated from Western Michigan University with a master's degree in behavior analysis. Jaysen currently attends Capella University, where he is pursuing his doctorate of education (EdD) in educational and organizational leadership. Jaysen has a wide ranging set of experiences applying principles of behavior analysis and enjoys the administrative side of tasks, as well as direct applications, that spur the most creativity.

Emily Mather

Registered Behavior Technician & Trainer

I have worked in the special needs and disabilities industry for four years, gaining experience in autism, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I am passionate about advancing my knowledge in autism services and working with each unique family. In addition to being an RBT, I also provide respite throughout the community and volunteer at a residential facility. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local trails, playing with my cats, and painting.

Allena Parker

Allena has always had a passion for helping people and families which has manifested itself into her love for ABA. She graduated from Alma College with a double major in Psychology and English. She has dreams of getting her Psy.D and opening her own practice. In her free time she loves to read, try new restaurants, and be outdoors by the pool or in her garden.

Megan Nordbeck, RBT, is pursuing her undergrad in psychology with the later plans of achieving a BCBA. Megan has over five years of experience working with the elderly and individuals with disabilities. She is empathetic and eager to learn.

Paige Karnes

Behavior Technician

For the last four years Paige has dedicated her time to working with individuals in ABA therapy. While attending college for nursing, she soon realized behaviors intrigued her. With family experiences and a passion for children, Paige is easily drawn to the ABA field. She is a true kid at heart. Paige loves to make session work fun and engaging specific to every individual she works with. Paige is newly married to a beautiful woman, has a 3 year old golden retriever, 3 spunky cats, and the most dapper bearded dragon. Paige loves the outdoors, camping, kayaking, and laying in the sun at the beach. Meditation, yoga, tending to her plants, completing puzzles, and fidgeting with legos have been her most recent means of enjoyment.

Oliver Reyes

Behavior Technician

Oliver Reyes is a Behavior Technician in his senior year to obtain a Bachelors in Science at Grand Valley State University. With an upbeat attitude and experience with children and teaching, he hopes to help those with ASD achieve their goals. Oliver loves watching the spark in the eyes of those he teaches brighten with each lesson, and has the patience to make it happen. He likes spending his time reading, writing poetry, and enjoying coffee.

Madison Szymanski

Associates Degree

Madison will obtain her Associates Degree in Summer 2023 and will continue her education in the Fall at Grand Valley State University with a major in Psychology. While Madison is new to the ABA field, she has plenty of experience working with children of all ages. She is extremely excited to be joining Waypoints and continue her journey in the Psychology field. Outside of work and school, Madison enjoys going on walks with her two golden retrievers, going to the beach, and being around friends and family.

Trevor Durfee

Behavior Technician

Trevor graduated from Rockford High School and pursued college at Hope College where he worked with other students with mental disabilities to complete their homework and experience college life. Trevor hopes to continue his education by obtaining a doctorate degree in occupational therapy. He loves hanging out with his friends, listening to music, and painting.

Lori Lewis

Behavior Technician

Lori Lewis has her bachelors in science. In the future she is planning to go back to school to obtain her Masters in applied behavioral analysis specializing in ASD. She enjoys learning and working with others. She loves spending time with her nephews and taking them to fun places.

Erica Truman

Erica Truman

Erica Truman has worked as a Behavioral Technician since 2017. Erica specializes in creative sensory based learning, with both clinical and in home based therapy experience. Erica's passion stemmed from the excitement of hands-on learning, and incremental progress. In her spare time, Erica travels to the northern state of Michigan to enjoy the wonders of the outdoors and further her knowledge of the history of the Great Lakes.

Hannah Lutz

Registered Behavior Technician

Hannah Lutz is a graduate from Grand Haven High School where she gained one on one experience working with kids that have autism through the LINKS program. She furthered this experience working with a private care client for 3 years. She is studying psychology through Grand Valley State University in hopes to get her Masters in Clinical Psychology. Growing up by the beach, she loves being outside and watching sunsets.

Bryghton Joy Lee

Behavior Technician

Bryghton is a very kindhearted, passionate, determined young mind. Being the middle child of eight siblings allowed her to fall into the role of caregiver and peacemaker in her family and everyday life. She has spent the past eight years putting her heart and soul into caretaking a variety of children, from birth to age eight. She is currently pursuing a certification at Grand Rapids Community College to become an Occupational Therapy Assistant and specializing in pediatric and mental health. Outside of work she spends her time appreciating the little things of life. Such as; mindfulness walks, breathwork and yoga. She is very eager to help others see the beauty this world has to offer.

Brieanna Fonger

Brieanna Fonger graduated from Central Michigan University with bachelors of science in Psychology and History. Her goal is to go to graduate school for school psychology. She has over five years of experience working with children from all different backgrounds. She is most passionate about her work with children with ASD, as the diagnosis runs in her family. In her spare time, she goes on walks with her dog and enjoys listening to music.

Hanna Nordbeck

Hanna Nordbeck has her BS in Biology. She has a strong desire to combine her love of science and working with people. She previously worked in scientific research, but is shifting her focus to social sciences so she can help people more directly. She enjoys problem solving, interacting with diverse walks of life, and having a positive mindset when facing any challenge. Outside of work she loves to rock climb, garden, and make sourdough bread.

Rebecca Harris

Rebecca is an upbeat person who connects easily with people and has a gentle nature about her, she has experience with children of all ages and enjoys watching the mind make new connections. Rebecca has 4 kids of her own and loves that working with children keeps her young in spirit. Her experience as a technician is still blooming and she is confident that she has made the right path in her life to work as a technician.

Miki Harris

Bachelor's of Social Science

Mikaela was raised in Grand Rapids. At Western Michigan University, she majored in Psychology and World Literature. She is passionate about building community and believes that we learn best when we are having fun. Miki re-discovered ABA therapy and received her certification in Dayton, OH. Supporting Autistic students empowers her to focus on moving through conflict at a pace that fits the space. She is looking forward to many Great Lakes Color Tours this season

David Chuol

BS in Exercise Science

David Chuol has a B.S in Exercise Science from WMU. He has a wide range of experience in different industries but mainly as Health Coach. He is excited to join the Waypoints team with a goal of bringing joy and love to everyone he is in contact with. David enjoys spending time with his family, friends and actively working on self-improvement.
